Eligibility Criteria
शैक्षिक योग्यता (Educational Qualification): उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से लॉ की डिग्री होनी चाहिए, जिससे वे Advocates Act, 1961 के तहत एडवोकेट के रूप में नामांकित हो सकें।
अनुभव (Experience): एडवोकेट के रूप में नामांकन के बाद 7 वर्षों का अनुभव होना अनिवार्य है।
